Beat Well:

1     cup  vegetable oil
2 ½ cup sugar
4     eggs
1     can pumpkin (15 ounce)

Sift Together:

2  t.  baking soda
1  t.  salt
3 ½  cups all-purpose flour
1 ½  t.  cinnamon
1      t.  allspice
1/8   t.  cloves
1/8   t. nutmeg
            
Add:  dry ingredients into egg mixture, one cup at the time, mixing well after each addition.

Add:  ¾ cup chopped pecans

Bake:  in convection microwave on low mix in greased mini-loaf pans for 29 minutes.  Use three pans per
batch.  

Recipe makes six mini-loaves.
